Need Mag 254 Software Update URL

I did one update a few months ago to r11. I hear that Closed Captioning requires a newer update. When I try to update now, message appears "No correct URL". The URL listed is igmp;//224.50.0.51:9001
Does anyone know the new URL for updating the Mag254?

Go to inner portal-settings-software autoupdate and press F2 for update manually and then F1
