My Mag250 doesnt download the channel list any help please??

Hello,

I am new here and I just finished with my donations and assinging my Mac address to the server
Everything went ok but when i restarted my Mag250 at the blue screen with the bar that
suposes to fill yellow doesnt do anything.....(the blue inside the bar is moving but no yellow fills the bar...)

Any help or suggestions please? Do I have to plug it off or what??

try re-assigning your mac...change the last 2 digits to 00,re-assign,then change back to your mac.Reboot your box.

I unpluged the box and it seems to work ok....
