Infomir Mag 254 Warranty?

I have a couple of Mag 254. One of them recently went dead. It was stuck in the very beggining Loading process without doing anything. I have tried unplugging/ waiting some time plugging back and always end with the same result. I tried to do a reset accessing the bios option. I did the reset several times, set the video and the nand/nand2 option. The box rebooted and made it to the main menu but it detects the reset firmware as version cero (0) and it launch an automatic firmware update to r12. It begins the process but when it reach to 60% it get stuck. I have tried the same process all day and always gets stuck in 60% . Cant do anything beyond that point. I guess the unit is finally faulty. Does anyone know which warranty Infomir offers?? I bought them directly to them in Infomir.eu. Thanks

Good thing you bought directly from Infomir. Now would be a bad time to discover one bought a Chinese knockoff

Got an email back from Infomir with RMA instructions to send back the unit for repair/replacement. They answer fast with good attitude!! Glad I got it directly from them!
