Ok I have a good problem.

I setup my box using wireless mouse(Remote not working) and I put all the info for my service. But when I scan on setting shows all the channels and when I go to tvonline only show some.

All ready done

Factory Reset
Chose all channel option(only show few)
check for update (none right now)

Anything that I'm missing?

Check to make sure you are filtering the list of channels correctly. It is a bit confusing how they laid it out. I found if you click on 'guide' while you in tvonline, it will give you all your channels. Or try manually punching in a few channels.

Try and dint work. Egp is not working . any other idea??

Are you trying to open the guide with a mouse or the remote? I'm not able to open the guide with the mouse either, but can with the remote. Can you manually find a channel by typing in the channel number?

Ok after hours!!! I just connect the keyboard and scroll down and the channel are there!!! thanks for the help!!

how come the epg is in 24 hour format and the channel list is in 12 hour format?

box has nothing to do with epg it rocket or nfps that puts that out
