No it's not in use. I had changed the address a few weeks ago to all zeros and now can't
change it back with this new donation.
Where do I send the pic?

When trying to set up my system, I get "mac address already exists".
Do I have to send in another picture of the mag 254 number?

The papioa site says my system is inactive. Probably why there's no provision there
for changing my server url.

This donation was bought and paid for about a month ago.
Was just waiting until...

This is the one I'm using "https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps"

When I go to the papiao website, I can change my mac address ok.

The server url is listed there but I can't seem to be able to change it.
Anyone else with this problem or is it just me?

The only thing I can change on that reset page is the mac addy.
That page also tells me if I can't get it to work, then use the full server url.
I carefully entered this 43 digit url into my stb...

I'm getting "your stb is blocked, call your provider"
What can I do?

Done a reset for my mac, but still get "stb is blocked"

Thanks for the response. I'm using a mag254.
But today it's working fine again. Maybe it was just some glitch
in the system.

System was working fine until today.
After a reboot I get "loading portal" and after a few minutes the screen just goes blank (white) and stays there.
Anyone else with this problem?
