My mag 275 loads portal ok go to tv all channels menu comes up click on channels but get no picture. Any suggestions.

Bought a new mag 275 and a new donation code have everything programed the way i think it should be but not getting any channels.

Hello Everyone i just bought a mag 275 and got a donation code 2/23/17 have not been able to get a picture at all. Got the menu screen but no channels play. Any help would be welcome.
