Don't see how you are getting audio for channels without audio being sent on the stream. Using Kodi 18.6 on a laptop and Nvida box. Go to a channel without audio, click enter,
go to the gear icon....

The following channels have no Audio:

HBO 2W(302)
HBO+(304)
HBO Max(307)
HBO Extreme East(310)
Star Series East(334)
Star Action East(337)
Star Cinema(338)
Star Channel(383)
