OK so I went back to the long URL and set prefer xmltv and it is working and has full color and fanart and the time is correct with NFPSF2 but no guide for PPV. IS there something else I should do ?

If I want to use the NFPSF2 what exactly would my settings and url in the stalker be. I am using the KODI built in..

Did you cycle the TV enable button twice. I had to do that on my windows machine
