I have sound on BT Sport 1 now, still none on BT Sport 2 or 3

I see there are a lot of views but no replies, am I the only one with this issue?, all 3 BT Sports Channels have no sound?

the guide for bt sports 2 shows live ufc but I get a French soap on Ab1 it seem when I go to the channel
