Mine had the same problem until I finally got it to connect but all channels are down.

Is the server down?
Most channels wont load. Any HBO, Cinemax, Stars, TNT, SCIFI, TBS, etc... Is the server down? I use a Dreamlink T1+.

Box blocked by the server.
When trying to connect to the server it gives me this message. "Your box is blocked by the server. Please contact the service provider." Any help? Please.:confused:
KODI works perfect in the box.
