Update, so I removed the profile, added it all back in, reset it in the website and it works, well when I say it works, I get A LOT of blank channels, 410_415 don't work I can not seem to get BBC...

Yeah it log's in and I can watch international channels. But when I choose anything else they don't work, just blank screen

I am getting channels on the international bar, but when i select any other options all i get is blank channels, i have done a MAC reset and it is still the same, using a MAG 250.
