Under video......go to accelators and uncheck them...that helped me

Here's my dilemma. I have 2 Nvidia Shields, with IKS66 yearly service. All was working perfect until Shield did an update. Since then , I am getting hesitation on my service. Nothing to bead, but...

So, the Latin channels on the nvidia shield are running fine.......I checked the feed on my laptop and everything is fine.......I have no idea what is going on
