Weather Channel down for last few days

Any update as to when we can expect The Weather Channel to start working.... just keeps spinning.... AVOV tvonline +

Hate to burst your bulb satviewing but they have supported any problem that has come up. Your luck I am not a MOD or I'd bust your A**.

Tried it, didn't work. Informed AVOV and am waiting second suggestion.

Got answer form AVOV.... unplug modem, plug back in, unplug box and plug back in... will try tonight.

Changed it in Kodi program settings, but it looks like the AVOV tvonline+ box controls the date and time. If you watch something on livetv then sometimes the date will change then the time and date...

Tried to adjust date and time as stated earlier. That worked til I turned box off and on again. Back to the '70's. On both AVOV tvonline+ and Kodi.

When I renewed my remaining days where added to the new subscription.

Good afternoon, trying to watch weather channel 214, EPG shows 214 weather channel but when on the channel the program is GEM AMERICA.

Has there been some channel mix ups going on...

I had same problem with tvonline+.
Went into server settings opened edit server, checked off the box for Credentials, entered 12 digit code in both user name and password.
Exited
Restarted box...

I go the same message but we where were using a add-on at the time and not using the rocket service. I have already put that information in when I got the box in order to use my rocket. Was this...

Quick question, Can i use a USB or External hard drive on my TVONLINE+, if so how big of a drive can I use.

Do I just enter the last six digits or the whole mac address..... the :78 or :79 is the problem. When I was testing on my tablet I had to change it from 79 to 78.

Trying to set up my new Tvonline+ (which by the way I got thru our sponsor). I would like to know if I have to change the mac address of the box from 79 to 78 and if so how do I accomplish that...
