TSN 1,2,3,4 (channels 146,146,147,148) were all up some time ago but recently they are unavailable. Will they be available soon?

Did a test. Internet on, power reset the box by pulling the power plug and replacing it. Wait for the box to boot up. Time was correct.
Turned box off with the red button on the remote. One hour...

Do I need to leave it turned on? I turn it off with the remote when I am done using it.
