If your using DOL 2, just input your CORRECT url and/or password this will depend on your provider if you need it.
As long as gave your Correct MAC and you have internet...

Thanks Floder2, and Marley. I did try the reset button under the box, but since day one reset button never works on mine, I know I pressed the button I can feel/hear it press and hold , power ON....

Try factory reset , still the same. Leave it unplug for couple days, it will work then go back again to avov logo after 1 day.
Latest software it in, just kodi and...

Go to Dreamlink T1, I have both avov TVOnline 4 and T1.
Dreamlink is far better that avov. Avov has buggy software compare to dreamlink
