Tried IPTV reset several times, many reboots, left off for hours then reload, even software reload.

Try again but fill in all the fields, even the ones that are marked "optional" as well. That worked today :)

I get the same "messed up emojis" but they are not emojis, that is actually the response seen on the site when I try and renew with any payment method.

Having the same issue with renewal, tried all three payment methods : Invalid Customer IP

Same problem: I just unplug power and plug power back in to turn on and off without touching remote at all. Once it's booting after splash screen, menu and home buttons work, but have to cycle power...
