I had the same prob and I rebooted my modem and router everything came back up

I love my boxes!

I chose the adult section and asked for the password right away and put in 0000 worked right away.

is anyone else having a hard time with getting the time and date proper on the MAG series boxes? I have tried everything I can think of and still nothing.
