For Filipino install TVAddOns App then go to Program and click Addon installer then Search and type Pinoy.It should give you 3 Pinoy channels (My Pinoy TV,Pinoy Ako,Pinoy TV) then install them.

Filipino international channels will be a nice inclusion.

It'll possibly be on HBO 300s.
