i had to do iptv reset and it worked.
do I have to do that every day or every time I start kodi?

I also must mention that when the payment was processing I got this message saying "please try to order again using a different Visa card or payment gateway".And beside payment result it would say...

They asked for the date of purchase, email I used to purchase it and which payment gate I used.
i know for a fact that they charged me cuz i checked my creditcard.

i just did.

They did respond and asked me some additional info.
i just wanted to hear from other people how their support is.
