I am at Software update and my only options are http and usb...I do not see an auto update

Movies are freezing a lot and disconnect...I have to start all over again...
Also, when will the June new releases come out? Do I need to update or something?

This morning I woke up to a frozen box...I unplugged it and plugged it back in and noticed the yellow bar took longer than usual to respond. When it finally loaded, there was a delay when I pushed on...
