Just tried removing MAC and reentering it again and still getting the same message.

Mine was working fine as well with a s/n like the stikies state for about 2 wks. Now today I'm getting the same message. I tried unenabling the TV , clearing the data and clearing the TV guide data...

I'm having the same problem. Followed the above suggestion but still getting the same error.
