I know there is maintenance; however, should access to the server still be allowed? Why is it returning authentication error?

Using IPTV stalker plus. Categories load such as "all", "business", "etc". But not the channels. Any idea what's going on? Or how to fix this?

It's been a month of attempting to use all of their gateways to make a donation for 1 month. It does not go through. Is this being fixed? Using an international card, so it's not my end.

I don't want to point any fingers, but after renewing a donation, there were several fraudulent charges on the credit card from various foreign countries. I am posting this so other users can monitor...

I can confirm it is working now. Did a portal change, changed the MAC, did a donation reset and boom. Works again. I would advise some patience when loading the server. It does take a bit.

I'm on server 2. Switch portals, change Mac and reset?

For STB EMU, you'll want a 78 mac. Once you do that, do a reset of the donation, so you're doing a clean install into STB EMU. If that doesn't work, try changing your portal.

The updates definitely changed this. STB Emulator gave me the same problems. No Channel Guide. Very frustrating.

Finally got it to work. Changed portal, changed mac, did a reset, still didn't work. Went back into STB Emulator, changed the mac, then noticed "send Device ID" was disabled. Enabled it, punched in...

Just to clarify what steps were taken, donation reset, mac changed from 79 to 78, complete restore of the system, reinstalled STB emulator, and still the loading bar is stuck a quarter of the way. I...

I've done this with no luck. The bar stays a quarter of the way loaded. Any other ideas?
