Try checking your Internet connection sometimes the information doesn't come for me over wifi but hardwired it comes fine. If you want to test if it is a server issue press epg go to a channel press...

Try the clairvoyance build for kodi it's in the apps section. It has quite a few decent channels with a decent guide.

I had 3 avov boxes for the longest time I finally gave in and bought a t1 box. All I can say is wow what a solid box so many apps and the gridded epg is just what I always wanted with the avov boxes....
