Well I have 3 of these 4500 and they all do it randomly, without being touched or played with cables.
Installed BuzzTV 5, still does it.
Well it took a few tries but its done.

I have the Nov 2021 version. When I type in 2015 it says NO BETA Update available for your XRS4500.
