Several reboots, several MAC changes still no luck. Just factory reset my MAG and set it all up again. Still STB is blocked. I messaged support via the website yesterday and again today. No response...

Well having switched my MAC a couple dozen times today I can say for myself it is not working on my MAG254. I have emailed and received no response. There are 16.7M possible MACs on the 79 line....

Glad I only paid for a month. Will have to move on if I cannot get this resolved.

I did play around with the Fav's. This helps get rid of some of the junk that I know we will not be watching. It is probably the best option available. What I was hoping though...

Same issue here. Brand new MAG254.. Worked yesterday when I was testing. Brought to another location to setup and got STB is blocked.
