It was on auto and I switched to TS already , any ideas what I should try it on with my set up of xc api?

and yes I am still have some issues with the stream even using primary, was on backup before update with no issues but tried primary
Think I fixed it, changed live tv to primary from backup
Just asking because my box is getting app failure message on the screen, It will crashes my box from watching live tv and go right back to main screen on buzz box and a pop up saying app failure...
X5 64 ax-c. they said china packaged it incorrectly, it only came with a circular power adapter and it needs a c-pwr plug
Just received a new x5, how do i plug in the circular power plug into back of unit?

I believe it has something to do with the 4900
I have a 3000 and a 3900 on exact same setup with no issues at all
tried suggestion but no go, sound issue is still a problem

This just started happening using the Buzz ap for Tv

Just noticed on there site, not seeing 4900's offered for sale now, love the box , was looking for another one
If not what is the next best to it?
I did get it working using 18.9, just loaded a crew build works fine now

hmm... yes changed batteries , tried 2 different remotes, no issues with the 3900's
Is there any other way to do like a soft reset without losing everything
don't want to lose everything with a reset, strange , it took an update and now this feature does not work
There was an update last year to fix last channel remote issue, so looks like the issue...
Not sure what happened but my last channel button will not work now, tried remote that comes with the unit and my arq remote as well
not sure if it was caused by the update that just took place...
yes i received 2 replies from buzz, once I gave them more info in detail they were able to help

as i stated i am at 5.0.653, wanting to know if their is a fix , if so will they be sending the newer ver again through the stream so i can get it or not
