my issue is, if tvonline+ works fine on WiFi, than tvonline4 should work as well, i should not have to buy any other hardware.

I actually moved the box back an fourth to two different places, but still freeze on WiFi, works like a charm on Ethernet

What is the latest firmware of tvonline4?
is it 1.0.7?

if connected to Ethernet it works fine, it only freeze on WiFi.
the tvonline+ works fine on WiFi and Ethernet.
i also did a factory reset few times hoping that the issue will resolve...

Which mac address should i be using? I used the one in settings and nova, what would you suggest we do next?

I submitted info twice. Only thing im getting is a screen that default server and under it login. Is this right?

Mac address on server setting page and live tv page are diffrent, is it normal?

I did that. I unplugged it last night and plug it back this morning, but no display on tv, neither the HDMI nor the AV, I can't do factory reset from the Manu since cant see anything on the screen....

I'm using rocket server, and the box is avov tvonline, I'm not using any other p$, the issue is not the service but the box it self that doesn't display anything on the tv.

I'm not sure what to do since there is no display, also I can not do manual factory Reset by pressing the restore button on the back of the box since there is a custom startv software installed on...
