it seems to be fine in the morning ( US centrail time) but everytime after work around ( 5pm) , it buffers pretty heavily most channels. This has been going on now for a month now

Echo doesn't work with Stalker PVR.
I think you are missing a step .
Did you save all your channels to your favorite then 'choose stream' for each channel?
how were you able to map echo channels...

you are aware that building a EPG from the ground up will take over 1 year? Fixing all the issues will take another year.
