I installed Kodi today (Jarvis) and I don't see IPTV Stalker in the Video Add-ons

I went with LED because of not wanting to change bulbs,and I can turn it on and off like a tv..and where I live the powers tends to go out alot which can be hard on bulbs.

Is it possible to use the Mag254 and Plex? My WDTV sees Plex but Mag254 doesn't see it on my network.
