Not only is service lousy but there are no announcements on the service status or any costumer support whatsoever , all we get is these guys on the forum saying that there service is working great...

Its not the isp, happens to allot of people at the same time of the evening. I pay 280 bucks a month For my fiber connection at 1 gb upload and download per sec, how can it be my isp? I dont...

I still get the 8 to 11 buffering session , but during the day its flawless, on fiber optick 1gb up/down business business line.
