Cannot get password protected channels to work, i tried and to type numbers in and it does not allow me to even type, using MagTv emu. MyGica, is there a way to be able to fix this problem?

I tried going into MagTv setting from my Android Box to add Parental lock and I get the Keyboard but I cannot get the keys working it does not even let me Type anything, does anyone know how to fix...

I have a MyGica 1200 with MagTv and Kodi 14.1 with Stalker pvr, It does not look like either are updating new channels, should I be doing something to update these new channels??
