Retrieve Last Used Portal

I know this might be a long shot but i'm wondering if there is a way to retrieve the last used portal address from before a factory reset. I was messing with my box and accidentally ended up resetting it. Contacting my provider is no longer an option. Thanks

There is no way to recover that.
Was your provider one of the 3 supported here?

You can get it from your Router History, if you have access.
