what box or setup are you using?
if its buzz or dreamlink make sure your Mac address is correct. your Mac might be labeled as ID and starts with 00:1A:79......
try to change portal on provider site and if its ending with .tv try to change to .ru or ru. to .tv
once change and all settings are correct then just hit reset button on provider site then check for the result.
The Mca Address was wrong. Everything is fine now. Thank you for your help!!!.
