I tried several different order combinations and nothing seems to work. Anyone have any advice?

I think you need minimum $ 50 dollars of purchase. try that and let us know.
Try a different browser as suggested above. Turn off your VPN if you are using one. Wouldn't let me select any payment gateway with my VPN on and some gateways didn't even show up.
After turning off VPN, clicking order now I was able to select gateway of choice and that was choosing a 1 month subscription as you were trying to purchase.
