Both my PC and Laptop fail to connect to IPTV

1) I am on the same network, using a PC Ethernet cable and a WIFI Laptop. Both loaded with KODI. And VCL 2) I have configure KODI correctly and assigned a M3U8 file as the source. The file loads the channels and guide, but the guide remains empty and when I select a channel it does not load. 3) I have VCL on both devices and am getting the same results Your input can't be opened: this may be the second post I could not find the fist one....sorry VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://echoopro.com:2086/live/showsat_xqPMQc/deS4Tem6/12644.ts'. Check the log for details 4) I am guessing it has something to do with the port assignment.
