Fast Forward with arrow

I have a T9 box and on Kodi when I am watching a movie and you
point the arrow on the blue line it used to go that part of the movie
say if you wanted to go to 30 min you point the arrow to 30 min and
it would go to the 30 in on the movie. Mine stopped working does
anyone know how to fix this problem????????HELP

Have You tried another Stream...?!? When I go looking for something to watch, I usually get an Option(s) for different Stream(s)/Links...!!
