Trouble logging in t papaio.tv says account not in file

i have my account number with papiao.is but i cant login it says the information provided is incorrect please help!!!

Maybe you added a blank space in one of those slots ? Check that and remove blank spaces if seen.
Try again with the 16 digit number in the top slot and 12 digit number in the bottom slot.
