Maybe open a ticket with avov but to be honest that all sounds normal. I have dealt with Android boxes and I must say avov has the best remote I have tried for an IPTV box. The buttons are durable and stay intact. The 3-5 channel flip on one click hold happens to me too but I was with.Quote:
