Nvidia Shield 2019 Problem Kokaleka movies

I can watch the movie list but when I choose the movie to watch, the system stuck in searching.

I would change the media player or try to install some new media players like VLC as some media players will work fine on most channels but not on other channels especially the ones like the ones listed in the British channel section like ITV. Many times I have gone to the movie section and tried to play a new movie that has been recently listed and it wouldn't play or say its not available. I would change the player and voila, more often than not, it began to play.
