Hey Crazed 9.6, i contacted Papiao on July 19 and they responded same day with an apology about the channel CBS Reality being down. They said their engineers would get on it to correct it. It's been almost a month and the channel is still down. I was wondering if you have any pull and could put in a word to get the channel back up? Any help would be highly appreciated.

I do not have any pull when it comes to channels :(
My direct contact from the service is not associated with the channels either, so he is in no position to receive these requests.
Contacting papiao as you did, is the best way, although it may not always get results bro :(
