Casting Rocket m3u channels playlist using Casting app

I was able to cast m3u channels playlist and play video streaming using Chromecast and using Android app which can cast to LCD t.v. last week.
But this week none of the urls on the playlist which contain the donation numbers work. Only urls which doesn't have donation numbers can video stream on LCD T.V. But when I just use IPTV app which display on Android device it still works. I was just wondering did the stream speed from url with donation number with video sources decrease from last week, there by preventing the channel streaming to LCD t.v. not to work.
Because I understand if streaming speed is too low from video source it won't stream via Chromecast to LCD t.v, right ?
I just want to be able to play like I could last week the video url m3u playlists of Channels with donation numbers.
