Really FREE PDF reader ??????

I know this is not the best site to ask computer questions, so if you have a good one for computer neophytes can you post it or PM me.

I am looking for a really total free PDF program, at least a reader/ file printer version. My Adobe X is no longer supported and I prefer not to crosslink everything I have with Microsoft or Google.
