PVR Stalker NO Guide (EPG)

Hi guys
Iam using PVR stalker paid services which is working perfectly fine. I noticed that there is no guide , but when i start KODI ( tested on kodi 15.2 ; 16.1 ; 17.0 ; 17.1 ) , it takes times and shows " pvr loading guide from client ". But when i use same service on MAG250 boxes. Guide is there. Please share your views.

Do you have yhe PVR correctly configured for a/the guide?

yes everything is configured good. Channels still loading good but EPG loads but nothing shows dere
