Its been like this for days.

This is not a scam! It would be very helpful to post channel names, numbers, box used, application used? Without any of this info it is very hard for any one to help.
All the 100's, 200's, 600's.
I've seen ITV1 work for around 1 hour only in the last 7 days.
BuzzTV XPL3000.
LiveTV app.
I'm flicking through the entertainment section now.
30% are hard down.
10% are stuck in loops (Plays the same 10s content in loop)
10% unwatchable due to audio sync
10% unwatchable due to freezing
I can't report all these faults one by one, I'd need to be put on the payroll :-))
Have you changed the media player.
Today I noticed more channels are disappearing
Come on guys, this service is a nightmare. Most of the 6xx channels are stuck in a loop again.
Can't get any movies on any of my add-ons??

Me and 2 other people? There's nobody on these forums complaining. I'm positive the only reason for that is you must literally ha E zero customers.
You really pi**ed me off tonight. Every iptv arrive is the world has got the boxing on apart from........ This one.

Not confusing, just kind of odd that only happens with Rocket. I haven't seen that at all with NFPS like you said. My 4000 XRS is at a friends but he hasn't had these issues either. I use a T3 most of the time but also tried android with kodi with no problems. Thanks for your extensive testing on this, trouble shooting both NFPS and Rocket to at least narrow down where the issue is. You are the MAN!
Just want to add one more detail to this thread.
Our friend 'Tha Joker' should be considered the same as any site staff on site here.

lol... okay one more detail I'd like to add to this thread.
The issue with loose of sound is not the same issue that this thread started with.
The thread started with 'the complete service was down' or close to it and from an anger poster.
The service was and is fine and was not down as described in the opening posts.
I suppose it may have been for the poster but the server itself was fine.
Okay that's it... no more additions I can think of (for now) :)

Lost sound twice on a xr 4000
But rare to rocket (2 TVs side by side same glitch same time one on rocket and other on nfps)
That said other boxes am testing are not loosing sound !!
Like the xr 4000 and xr 4500 Buzz are the worst!!!
Also if you ping the address

Nfps 45 ms
Still something not quick enough on the buzz 4 app to reconnect the sound
