Since you are making a business of this it's part of business to pay attention to expiration dates. Put reminders in your computer.

Thank you for your advise. I was inquiring as some other portals i sell has it preset in the resellers panels to give notification 2day,5days or a week out. To assist the customer as well with remembering. Thank you for your recommendation.
