Can some one please post what is the latest pvr and setup that will work with kodi 16 for NFPS also is the emulators are better option for android if so which is a working one?

The PVR that is native to your Kodi installation is the one to use. It is in My add-ons > PVR clients > Stalker client

As far as I'm concerned, it is much less problematic than the STB.
