Formuler Z7+ has Flashing Red Light, black TV Screen. Help Please

that file is really just a command telling the receiver to perform a reset
Recovery File did not work, now the light stays on green and no picture with black screen and does not turn off to red.

get another HDMI cable, just in case, then unplug STB, plug in HDMI and connect to TV, turn on TV (set to that HDMI input#).Quote:

I have tvAvov 4K, I tried to reset the box , isn’t working.
Two small lights red and blue are flashing, the screen of the tv is black, no chances to restart the box .
Any help will be very helpful to reset the box.
