1. Go to Live Channels
2. Go to channel that has Catch-Up symbol
3. Press right arrow
4. Highlight any of the Catch-Up program you want to download
5. Press blue button to download. Download will start instantly.
6. To see the download progress press menu
7. Click PVR
8. Click Downloads Catch-Up
9. Now you can see progress here.
10. Press green button to cancel and red to delete
