OK I did try...after removing my mac on the reset site...
at this time it is saying mu sub is not working expired or not active..
I will give it some time and try again in 1/2 hr or so..
my mac is coming up all 00:00 on the reset site...so Ill reboot the xrs4500 a few times..

after you remove your Mac from provider side you open up server settings on your buzz, navigate to XC API option. enter your portal, username/password will be your donation code and make sure to enter as it shows on provider site (case sensitive). then connect and you should be good.

Sent to all users that took Version 5.0.785 for now
You can get the update by opening server settings and it will download + install in the background.
Or when in Server Settings, Press Menu>Settings>Check Update.

With Buzz 5 I tried live TV and live PPV TV and it works fine..
But when I go to VOD.... I get an ERROR "MEDIA FORMAT IS NOT SUPPORTED" this also happens on TV SERIES
So LIVE TV works fine but not VOD or TV SERIES
Any Ideas what I have set up wrong ??

This is the first time I tried VOD and TV SERIES after going to Buzz 5
All was fine when I ran Buzz 4 app.
Do I need to reset anything on the rocket server ?
I am logging in with XC API.....
do I need to go back to MAC server ?
