I renewed a route that had not been active for a while. Now it says the account is expired(on the kokaleka app). I've tried changing the portal and route number but I always get the same error. Please help.

I would say delete that and add It again and see if that helps.
Delete from the app? I've done. I've even tried using a different app. It doesn't load the channels.
I would say generate a new donation from provider site and then try. make sure portal is correct.
How do i do that? I've also tried a trial route but it doesn't work.
When i use a VPN it does load the channels (It looks different). I thought we were not supposed to use a VPN. However, the channels don't play.
edit: working now, with a VPN; country lock removed
It’s probably your ISP blocking you. VPN is allowed from some time now.
